U Care Plus 8

U Mobile has launched an exclusive Device Insurance & Protection Program, known as U Care Plus 8, to insure your favourite mobile devices today. The mobile device protection plan starts for an affordable RM 8 each month or one-time pay of RM 88.

U Care Plus 8 is a comprehensive protection plan for your device:

• Free pick-up and delivery service
• Coverage for water damage*
• Coverage for accidental damage*
• Maximum 60 days worldwide coverage
• Replacement provided for device that is beyond repair*
• Protection for new or existing device up to 10 months

*Cover capped at a maximum of RM 1000

With only RM 88 for annual premium, this plan is available to new and existing postpaid subscribers of U Mobile. New and existing devices purchased from both U Mobile and third parties can be insured. On top of that, the plan also comes with complimentary personal accident coverage of up to RM 2000.

U Care Plus 8 does not cover theft and loss of mobile devices. Also, it is not available to U Mobile prepaid subscribers. To sign up, just walk into any U Mobile Store, fill up the U Care Plus 8 registration form and the customer service agents will guide you through the rest of the registration process.
